Lincolnshire marquee wedding photography - Sammy & George
Sammy and George's marquee wedding was so perfectly photogenic!
I started at their house for the bridal prep and second photographer, Holly, joined the fellas at a friend's house and in the pub. Sammy and George have such a tight friendship group of couples who are all friends together and Sammy had all of the girls as her bridesmaids.
The ceremony was held at Nocton Church, then we all moved onto Metheringham to a field that belonged to a family member, who had kindly let them hire a marquee for their wedding reception. It was a wonderful, fun filled DIY wedding with plenty of guests (including dogs!) bouncy castles, beer pong, late night sparklers and even a big bonfire and fireworks. It was a lovely warm day and we got some beautiful light as the sun started to come down.
The main suppliers were:
Photography - KMGS Photography with Holly Bryan as second photographer
Venue - Nocton Church & a field in Metheringham. Marquee supplied by Premier Event Marquees
Flowers - Bouquets & buttonholes by Sammy herself and church flowers by George's grandma
Dress - Secondhand by Essense of Australia
Hair - The Bridal Hair Professionals
Makeup - The Look
Here are some of my favourite photographs from the day. I like to include a lot of photographs in my blogs, rather than just selecting the absolute best few, to give viewers a good overview of the wedding gallery, so you’ll find images from each part of the day. Please do scroll down to see photos from the wedding ceremony, drinks reception, speeches, relaxed portraits of the couple and the party, after the prep and pre ceremony photos.
This is still only roughly 10% of the full wedding gallery.
