Evening couple photoshoot at Lincoln Cathedral

Emily and Chris have been together for over three years and haven't had any photographs done of the two of them before. We arranged to do a session around Lincolnshire's finest building, Lincoln Cathedral. We wanted to do it on a sunny evening to make the most of the dramatic cathedral so we had to play it by ear and make a last minute 'are you free tonight?' arrangement with the weather being so unpredictable. Luckily we were all available on the next sunny evening so we met just before 7pm when the cathedral was glowing beautifully in the evening sunlight.

There really is something magical about photographing around such an amazing gothic building in the evening light, I would love to do more photoshoots here, especially as it's right on my doorstep.
