Stacie & James had been together for around 15 years by the time their wedding day came at Waterton Park Hotel, Wakefield. They are an absolute match made in heaven and have two beautiful girls together who were a treat on the wedding day! The adorable flower girls added an extra touch of cute and mischief to the day. As documentary photographers, we love capturing candid moments, and there were plenty to capture with the little ones around.

I’d met Stacie & James for an engagement session in the previous months and by the time we met for the session the weather had gone wild and the rain was extremely heavy, Stacie & James were still up for going ahead with the session and absolutely smashed it, so I knew they would have a fun and laid back wedding.

Stacie & James both got ready at Waterton Park Hotel, Stacie was in a separate cottage that was on the other side of the car park, so we were nicely tucked away from the main hotel, which meant there was no risk of Stacie being seen prematurely by her groom or any arriving guests! It was an amazing wedding filled with fun and laughter, beer pong, live music (an awesome saxophonist/guitar duo but unfortunately I didn’t catch their name) and lots in between.
