Maddison & Kieran planned and decorated their whole wedding reception themselves from scratch, having a marquee in Kieran’s parent’s garden as a blank canvas. It was a stunning colourful wedding reception, Maddi had made all of thee colourful decorations herself, it was beautifully photogenic! Confetti made from all different colours of tissue paper makes for the best photos, (hint hint!).

I met them at Lincoln Register Office before the ceremony to capture the atmosphere as the guests started to arrive, then we went back to the garden in Sturton upon Stow, after taking some photographs of the two of them close to the Register Office.

It was a lovely relaxed wedding day, with a quiz, a secret Mr & Mrs quiz video, delicious Indian street food (my favourite!), speeches and dancing. There was something the ambience in the marquee when after the sun had gone down and the candles were on, and there were bonfires outside for warmth, really cosy, something you’d never get in a wedding wedding venue.
