Styled wedding shoot in the Lincolnshire Wolds with Sanyukta Shrestha and eco friendly wedding suppliers
Towards the end of 2019 I was a part of multiple fashion shoots with eco friendly bridalwear designer, Sanyukta Shrestha in a stunning location in the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Sanyukta focuses on using ethical fabrics and her gowns are hand made in Nepal which supports the local women communities. You can read more about her work and ethics here: Sanyukta Shrestha.
Myself, Sanyukta and a group of wedding suppliers with similar ethics (all mentioned below) worked together to produce these images. It was exciting to be involved in something that is different from my usual style as I normally focus on documentary wedding photography so working on a styled shoot was a bit out of my comfort zone. Any nerves I had were eased when I met the lovely team and it was a really enjoyable day. I love a challenge!
The photoshoot was for an article for well known wedding online magazine, Love My Dress. Love My Dress article
The wedding suppliers involved were:
Fashion designer: Sanyukta Shrestha
Models: Charlotte & Jack (a real married couple)
Makeup: Tina Brocklebank
Florist: Limewood Flowers
Cake: The Iced Vegan
Set design & planning: Claire Plumb
Location: Seto Mahal
Car: Ian Griffin
These images are from the first part of the first shoot, at Sanyukta’s beautiful Georgian home in the Lincolnshire Wolds, Seto Mahal.
